The studio opens 15 minutes before class begins

Do I need to register before class?

Yes. Please reserve your class through our online scheduler so instructors can prepare appropriately.

    What about equipment cleanup?

Please wipe down your bike, rower, and surrounding area after class — it keeps the space safe and welcoming for everyone.

    What if I’m sick?

If you’re not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule.

Can I leave my belongings at the studio?

No — please take all of your items with you when you leave. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    What’s the cancellation policy?

The cancellation window is 8 hours before class.

    • If you have an unlimited membership and cancel late or no-show, a $10 fee may apply.

    • If you have a series package, you will be charged for the class if you cancel late or don’t show.

At class start time, open spots may go to wait-list clients if you are late.

ClassPass is a third-party platform. We don’t control their fee structure, and ClassPass credits are non-refundable by the studio.

We do our best to run classes regardless of weather. Please check the online scheduler for any last-minute changes.

  • Rowing is a low-impact, full-body strength-endurance workout that engages nearly every major muscle group while boosting cardiovascular fitness and caloric burn.

  • Create an online profile and book through the scheduler — this saves time and guarantees your spot.

  • These classes are challenging. New exercisers are encouraged to start with Ride+TRX, Ride+Strength, Row 45, or an AIS stretch class and transition gradually.

  • AIS uses short, targeted holds to improve flexibility, circulation, and range of motion — great for recovery and mobility.

  • Your online scheduler shows studio ride (green entry door) vs studio row (blue entry door). Rooms are clearly marked.

  • Moisture-wicking athletic gear is best. Cycling shoes are optional; regular athletic shoes work for rowing and stretch classes. Bring a towel and water bottle.

  • The studio does not offer childcare. Younger kids must be accompanied by an adult; ages 16-19 may participate independently. Recommended minimum age is 13.

  • Totally. Ask an instructor for a quick demo before or after class — 5 minutes makes a big difference.
